What we collect

What you send us

When you request a quote: your name, email, phone number, event address, event date, start and end times, guest count, whether an outlet and spigot are nearby, your service area, and anything you add in the details box. When you call, text or email us, we keep those messages.

When you book

Your billing name and address, your signed rental agreement, and a payment card. The card is stored by our payment processor, not by us; we see only the last four digits. If you share contact details for your venue or planner, we keep those too.

Collected automatically

When you visit the site:

• Google Analytics uses cookies to record which pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
• Google reCAPTCHA on our forms collects device and usage information and sends it to Google to tell people from spam bots.
• Fonts and scripts load from Google and Cloudflare, which receive your IP address when they deliver them.
• If we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, the Meta Pixel records visits and quote requests so we can measure those ads.

How we use it

• To answer your quote request and check that your site works for the trailer
• To schedule delivery and pickup, and to coordinate with your venue or planner when you ask us to
• To take your deposit and charge the balance 7 days before your event, after emailing you a week ahead of that charge
• To send your venue a certificate of insurance
• To ask for a review after your event
• To understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works
• To keep records the law requires, and to protect our rights if there is a dispute

Texts, calls and email

If you text us or ask us to text you, we will reply by text. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. We do not send marketing texts. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask, and any marketing email we send will have an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of the business for us: our website host, Google (email, phone, Analytics and reCAPTCHA), Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and payments), and any booking or contract software we use. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• Your venue or planner, to arrange delivery, when you ask us to.
• Our insurer, if there is a claim.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A buyer, if the business is ever sold, under this same policy.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. To stop Google Analytics on every site, use Google's opt-out browser add-on, opens in a new tab. Google explains how it uses data from sites like ours, opens in a new tab. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't turn into a booking: up to two years. Booking records, agreements and invoices: seven years, for tax and accounting.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards, and card numbers stay with our payment processor. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as Ohio law requires.

Your requests

Email hello@latoilettemobile.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep booking and payment records we are legally required to keep.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
