Events

Every event is different. The standard is not.

A wedding, a company picnic, a job site in February: the trailer that arrives is the same one, set up the same way. What changes is how long we stay, how often we service it, and what we bring along. Below is what each kind of day actually needs, and where we are honestly the wrong call.

Start with the guest count.

Three stations. Four honest answers, including the one where we send you elsewhere.

  • Up to 150

    No line, ever

Comfortable through a long night with a full bar. This is the easy end.

  • 150 – 225

    What it is built for

The size we designed the booking around. Closer to 180 if cocktail hour runs long.

  • 225 – 300

    Ask us first

Workable with an attendant on site, or if the venue has indoor restrooms as backup. We will tell you which.

  • 300+

    We will refer you

One trailer is not enough and we will say so. Tell us the count and we will point you at someone who can cover it.

These are our numbers, not an industry chart. They assume a bar, a four to six hour event, and no indoor restrooms nearby: the conditions that actually create a line.

Weddings and receptions

The restroom is the one vendor decision your guests will experience individually, in private, at the least forgiving moment of the night. Two private women's cabins and one men's, air conditioned in July and heated in October, so nobody walks back to the house in heels, and no line runs through your photographs.

Barn and farm venues are where this matters most. Beautiful property, one restroom in the farmhouse, and a hundred and eighty people.

Set before the first look

Placed, leveled and tested on your venue's access window, not ours.

Send a photo of the site and we will tell you exactly where it goes.

Corporate and company events

Company picnics, client appreciation days, golf outings, grand openings, ribbon cuttings. Usually on a lawn, in a lot, or at a facility where the nearest restroom is inside a building the guests are not supposed to be walking through.

The part nobody advertises: we can invoice you properly.

W-9 and net terms

Purchase orders, vendor onboarding forms, net 30 terms. We will complete them without a fuss.

COI for your facilities team

Named to your company or the property, usually the same day you ask.

Weekdays cost less

Most corporate events are Monday to Thursday, which is our quietest and cheapest window.

Weekdays from $1,195

Private parties and milestones

Graduations, anniversaries, big birthdays, engagement parties, family reunions. Almost always at somebody's house, which raises a question nobody wants to ask out loud: do I really want eighty people walking through my bedroom hallway to reach the bathroom?

They stay in the yard. You keep your house.

It fits a driveway

A flat, firm spot roughly the size of two parked cars, reachable by truck.

Your outlet and hose work

One standard 20 amp outlet and a garden spigot is all a house needs to supply.

We are careful with lawns

Boards under the jacks, and we will not pull across soft grass after rain.

Concerts, festivals and sporting events

This is the category where most companies overpromise, so here is the truthful version. One three-station trailer is not a solution for a five-thousand-person gate. It is an excellent solution for the part of the event where people are being looked after.

Think VIP, sponsor and talent areas, where portable units are the thing everybody complains about afterwards.

Good for

Hospitality and sponsor areas, small-town festivals, race and tournament hospitality, private boxes and tailgates.

Multi-day, serviced

Two-day weekend from $2,200, full week from $3,200, with servicing between days built in.

Not right for

General admission at scale. Ask us anyway, we would rather hand you a name than take a booking that fails.

An attendant on site is $65/hr, four-hour minimum, worth it above 225 guests.

Job sites, renovations and extended rentals

The least glamorous listing on this page and the most useful one to your business. A whole-house renovation with the plumbing torn out, a film or photo shoot on location, a model home, a construction crew on a long project.

A crew that gets a real restroom notices. So does a homeowner watching a trailer sit in their driveway for six weeks.

Weekly and monthly

From $3,200 a week. Monthly is quoted, and longer means cheaper per day.

Serviced on a schedule

Pumped, restocked and cleaned on a set day each week. You do not have to call.

Off-season availability

November to April is wide open, and heated cabins matter more in February than in June.

What never changes, whatever the day is.

There is one trailer and one standard. A job site gets the same setup a wedding does.

Weekdays and off-season

A Tuesday in March costs a great deal less than a Saturday in June.

Saturdays between May and October are the ones that sell out. Everything else is open, and priced accordingly, from $1,195. If your event has any flexibility in its date, say so when you ask and we will tell you what moving it is worth.

Check your date One trailer, so a date is either open or it is not.

Your event is not on this list.

Good, most are not. Memorials and celebrations of life, church and community events, farmers markets, trailheads and park openings, disaster and utility crews, film sets, polling places. The question is never the category. It is three things.

  • How many people?

Rough is fine. It is the number that decides everything else.

  • Can a truck reach it?

Flat, firm, roughly two parking spaces. A photo answers this faster than a paragraph.

  • How long do we stay?

An evening, a weekend, or six weeks. The rate follows the answer.
